Delete your user account
In the application, open Settings, then Profile, then “Delete my account”. Deletion is immediate and permanent, with no bin: your account, sessions, preferences and organisation memberships disappear. The content you created in an organisation (articles, topics, media) belongs to the organisation and stays there; your name is no longer shown on it.
If you are the last administrator of an organisation, delete or hand over the organisation first.
Delete an organisation or a site
In the organisation settings (General), an administrator can delete a site or the whole organisation. Before that, set aside what you want to keep: your published articles are on your connected sites; for an archive of your media or your content, write to us before deleting.
Deletion goes through a 30-day bin, during which an administrator can restore it. After that, the organisation, its sites, members, content, media, connected access, notification subscribers and audience measures are permanently deleted. The backups that contain them expire within the following 30 days. Only invoices are kept, for the legal period.
Remove a connected access
Each access (WordPress or API site; Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, TikTok, Pinterest or Bluesky account; Google Ad Manager; Google sign-in account) is revoked from the settings of the site concerned, Connections section, or from your profile for the Google account. The access token is deleted immediately; content already published on the third-party service is not affected.
You can also remove Poquelin from the service itself: for Meta accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), under Settings, then Apps and Websites; for Google, from the third-party access page of your account. The access then stops working on our side and we delete the token at the next sync. To also erase data already imported (for example Ad Manager reports), delete the connection in Poquelin or write to us.
If you are a reader of a site equipped with Poquelin
Notifications: remove the site’s notification permission in your browser settings (the padlock icon in the address bar, or the site settings). Your token is deactivated at the next send and the subscription deleted. You can also clear the site’s data in your browser, which removes the identifier cookie.
Audience measurement: the tag keeps no data that could identify you (no cookie, no persistent identifier, IP address discarded immediately). There is therefore nothing to delete about you individually.
For any other request, contact the publisher of the site: it is the controller of this data. If you write to us, we pass it on.
Write to us
If you cannot access the application, or for a specific request (partial erasure, portability), write to privacy email address from your account’s email address. We confirm your identity if needed and handle the request within one month.
