MédiathèqueComposer, Adapter, stock libraries

The right visual in the right format, without leaving the article.

Adapter enforces the expected format — Discover, Open Graph, square — and frames on faces; Composer builds the front page; four free stock libraries sit in the picker. Everything lands in your CMS media library.

Two photos drop into a two-column front page, credits assembled in the caption, then a 16:9 crop prepares it for Discover.

How Médiathèque works.

Médiathèque

One library per site, serving every tool.

Photos, videos and documents are kept in one place, by family, with their alt text and caption. Every tool draws from it: the article’s image fields and galleries, Social Creator posts, Push notifications, Composer montages, PDFs as Editor sources. And it is tied to your CMS: every published media file goes to its media library, never a Poquelin address in your pages.

One library per site, serving every tool.

Composer

Several photos, one image.

One to six photos from the library or the stock banks, seven layouts (columns, grid, panorama, podium, circle), separators or fades between them. The caption assembles itself from each photo’s credit. The montage comes out in the format of the field that asked for it, enters the library as an image in its own right, and reopens to be edited.

Adapter

The expected format, every time.

Every field says what it expects: a Discover image in 16:9 of at least 1,200 px, Open Graph at 1,200 × 630, square, story. A photo that does not comply is not refused, it is “to adapt”: Adapter opens on selection and only returns the requested format — a writer cannot deliver an image unfit for Discover. The output takes the size at which the photo is at 100% of its resolution, no pixel invented or discarded; too small, it is enlarged to the minimum and the warning says so.

The expected format, every time.

Automatic framing

Framed on faces, without touching it.

Faces are detected as each photo arrives, on our servers, with no external service. On opening, Adapter already proposes the framing: fill the format with the faces at the picture’s strong point, or the largest zoom that keeps them all in frame — never a zoom that cuts a head. Blurred background or a colour from the photo when it does not cover, the original always kept, “Re-adapt” to come back.
