Nothing is written from a source that has not been read: an unreadable one is refused as it is added, with the reason.

Beyond ten minutes, the video is transcribed in parallel slices and comes back with timestamped chapters, dated quotes, entities and points to check. A retry never pays twice.

A short PDF is taken as is; a long one is summarised by Poquelin with page markers; a scan is read page by page. An embargo notice is flagged in the brief. A document that cannot be read is refused as it is added, with the reason — never at generation time.
